During his visit in the Greek-Turkish borders, vice president of Athens Bar Association, Themis Sofos, spoke on behalf of taking legal action against the president of the Republic of Turkey R. T. Erdoğan. As he said in real time to Star TV News Bulletin, "in assessing the extortionate action of the neighboring country to push refugees and emigrants to the Greek borders, without any previous interstate talk, cooperation or agreement on the infrastructures necessary to the reception of thousands of miserable people who desire better days for themselves, as well as the use of these people as human arm with the obvious aims of obtaining economic, political or other advantages, in accordance with Germany which is of the same views and in the framework of the Syria war, we find a behavior that is assessed according to the statute of the International Criminal Court as a crime against humanity".
